What is Aralia Data Planet?

Aralia Data Planet allows individuals who possess data to independently encapsulate their own data. Each data planet will have a manager called the data owner, who can upload, store, understand, and share their own data. Data users can explore the data on the data planet at will, quickly understanding the data without needing to prepare it.

Is Aralia free?

Data users are free to register and use. Data owners have different pricing plans according to the agreement. If you want to be a data owner please email sales.aralia@bigojbect.io, and we will have a dedicated person to contact you.

Which languages does Aralia Data Planet support?

Currently, it supports three language systems: English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese.

How to explore different planets?

Please click on different planets on the website to enter different planets and start exploring.

How do I register an account?

When users first use it, they need to input their name and email account according to the system guidance. The system will automatically send an email, and you need to verify your email address to activate your account.

What if I don't receive the registration confirmation email?

If you still cannot receive the verification email, please first check if the email address you entered is correct. If correct, please click ‘Resend’.

If your email address is incorrect, please click ‘Back’ to correct your email address.

Please check your spam mailbox for the registration confirmation email sent by the system. If you have this email, please mark our system email as non-spam to ensure that you can receive Aralia’s system email notifications smoothly.

How do I change my password?

On the login page, click ‘Forgot Password’, and the system will automatically send an email to your registered email address. Follow the system guidance to enter your new password.

What if I forget my registered account?

You can use the ‘Forgot Password’ function to confirm if you have registered for the Data Planet.

How do I change my personal avatar?

You must first log in to any data planet you want to explore, click on the avatar icon in the upper right corner of the data planet, and then proceed to change it. However, please note that the avatar for each planet is set separately, so changing the avatar for one data planet will not change it for other planets.

How do I change or delete personal data?

Why is the screen not displaying?

Check network environment:
Make sure the hardware device you are using is properly connected to the network.

Check browser version. Please update to the latest browser:

Why can't I connect to the website?

If the webpage displays ‘This webpage is not available’ or ‘404 Not Found’, it indicates that the server cannot find the requested website resources. Please refer to the following network troubleshooting suggestions on your device:

Check if the internet connection is normal/stable.

Check if the entered URL is correct.

The browser may store information that prevents the webpage from loading. Try opening the webpage in incognito mode or try clearing the cache and cookies.

Device performance/space may be insufficient. Try closing other tabs, extensions, and applications, or try reloading the error page.

Why is the website loading slowly?

When browsing the website for the first time, the device will automatically download images based on the screen size and resolution, so the image loading speed may be slower.

It is recommended to regularly clear the browser cache.

Check if the network connection is stable, or try using a different network.

Why does Aralia display certain functions not working properly?
